Melt butter in a round 8" baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine oats, quinoa, buckwheat, flaked almonds, baking powder, salt, flax and chia seeds, spices, sugar and seeds.
In another bowl, combine 2 cups milk (coconut, almond or soy) with vanilla paste.
Mix dry and wet and add to baking dish. Top with blood orange segments sprinkled with sugar.
Bake for ~30 min at 350 degrees.
Serve with yogurt and maple syrup.
