Preheat oven to 300. Line baking trays with baking paper.
In a stand mixer, mix butter and sugar together until light and creamy. Add in vanilla paste, orange juice.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, soda, salt and oats.
On low speed, slowly pour in flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until combined.
Stir in cranberries and white chocolate by hand.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Scoop into small balls and chill again for at least half hour. (I usually place in the freezer at this point and cook from frozen when desired.)
Cook at 300 for 8-10 min, careful not to let them brown too much.
Let cool on baking pan until able to remove them to a rack to cool completely.
