Vegan Magic Bars
7-layer bars or magic bars with coconut condensed milk to up the coconut flavour and convert into plant based.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter (or vegan butter)
- 100 g bar dark chocolate, cut into small chunks or 1 cup chocolate chips (I used Lindt dark chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cups grated unsweetened coconut
- 11 oz can of coconut condensed milk (I used Nature's Charm)
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds (or other type of nuts)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8" or 9x9" pan with baking paper.
Melt butter. Stir in crumbs and then press down evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
Sprinkle nuts, chocolate and coconut evenly over the crumbs.
Pour condensed milk over the top, ensuring evenly covered.
Bake for 25 min until edges are golden and the middle is set.
Allow to cool completely before slicing. Store slices in fridge or freezer.
